Productivity Finance, a new independent finance broker for small and medium sized businesses has been launched by ex-RBS and RateSetter director, Paul Marston.
Productivity Finance will have a particular focus on helping businesses arrange finance to improve their productivity, whether that is asset finance to support investment in technology and machinery or working capital for investment in people and processes.
Paul has been passionate about solving the UK’s productivity puzzle for many years and believes that businesses need to be encouraged to invest if the U.K. is going to climb the global productivity ladder.
A national network of relationship managers is to be appointed, which will not only help arrange finance, but also signpost businesses to resources and agencies that can help improve productivity performance.
Paul is an experienced business banker. He is a former Managing Director at RBS and NatWest where, at different times, he held responsibility for SME asset finance at a national level and commercial banking in South England and South Wales. He was also a Managing Director for Business and Commercial banking at Secure Trust Bank and, more recently, Commercial Finance at RateSetter. Paul is also a non-executive director at digital SME bank CivilisedBank.
Neil is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with many years' experience in marketing, brand and communications.
