Mentor Me!
Do you, or people within your business, have responsibility for marketing, but lack marketing expertise? Would you or they benefit from an injection of experience and advice?
If this sounds like your business, then ask about our 'Mentor Me' service.
Unlike a traditional outsourcing arrangement, you and your employees will remain responsible for the implementation of marketing activities. Your mentor will coach, encourage, motivate and develop your team to give it the experience it needs to perform at a higher level.
We work closely with you and your employees on a one-to-one or small group basis, focusing entirely on your business and your specific marketing needs. These might range from applying marketing theory to managing a specific initiative. Topics typically covered include:
- Setting objectives that deliver your business goals
- Ideas and examples of marketing best practice
- Setting and managing the budget - maximising the return on marketing investment
- The marketing mix - which marketing tools will best work for you?
- How to review and measure your plans
- Communications strategy - What should you say? To who? How often?
- Increasing average annual customer spend
- Gaining new business through lead generation
- Customer retention
- Incorporating social media
Costs
Mentoring sessions cost £295+VAT per half day. The amount of mentoring can be tailored to your specific requirements, however, a typical programme comprises 6 x half-days across a 3-6 month period.
CIM and post-graduate qualifications
Are you studying for your CIM or post graduate qualifications?
We provide a one-to-one mentoring service as a complement to the support of your college or tutor. We can help you marry the theory to practical examples, structure a convincing paper and help with your understanding of what you are learning.
Mentoring sessions are free of charge to students who are paying for their own studies or £75 per hour for employer backed schemes.
