Installation And Logistics
Very often, the most stressful and tiring part of any event, be it a trade show or major conference, is dealing with the set up and making sure that everything is at it should be.
Our approved contractors are highly experienced and well rehearsed in handling all aspects of installation and logistics at venues in the UK and abroad.
We will handle:
- Abstract management, including submission and approval of designs
- Completion of exhibition manuals and health and safety certification
- The production and shipping of all graphic elements
- Full installation and take down
- Technical production, including AV and special effects
We will also provide on-site support during your event to provide peace of mind and handle any last minute requests or concerns.
