Like all restaurants, Ganges restaurant needed to attract new customers and keep existing customers coming back for more.
The Marketing Eye took a total approach to the restaurant's marketing needs. First it helped develop the proposition by identifying an opportunity to open a lounge and bar area in previously under utilised space. Then, following the appointment of a new chef, stunning new menus were designed.
When the bar and lounge area was complete, a re-launch party was held. The event, which attracted more than 200 people, was organised from beginning to end by The Marketing Eye. Local press coverage was achieved through effective and timely press releases.
A programme of on-going advertising has since been planned, and a door drop campaign to 20,000 private addresses completed. The Marketing Eye is now retained to help conceive and deliver regular marketing activity to build still further on the restaurant's success.
